Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to cancel and have 14 calendar days to change your mind without having to give a reason. This right to cancel is also known as the ‘cooling-off period’.
Before the cooling-off period ends, you must let Resonation know in writing that you want to cancel and you must do this via Resonation’s online contact us form https://www.resonation.ie/contact-us/ or by emailing info@resonation.ie directly to inform us that you want to cancel.
For digital content, such as e-learning content or downloadable content, your right to cancel starts the moment you order and sign-up for the content and ends 14 calendar days after you sign up, noting that your right to cancel, automatically ends if you begin to download or stream the digital content.
Refunds
You also have the right to receive a refund, should Resonation state that we are not be in a position to deliver or supply you with the goods or services as promised or where you have been waiting for your goods or services for more than 30 days, without any agreement of when the goods of services will be delivered by Resonation.
Disputes
Please raise any dispute you may have directly with Resonation first, via Resonation’s online contact us form https://www.resonation.ie/contact-us/ or by emailing info@resonation.ie, explaining what the issue and how you would like it corrected and Resonation will endeavour to resolve your dispute as quickly as possible. Thereafter, failure to resolve any disputes related to products or services you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by the small claims procedure in the District court in Ireland and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Resonation and its affiliates and hold Resonation harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
Limitation on liability
Resonation is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
